No pressure. No pitch. Just honest answers.
We’d rather you read all of this before we talk. If these answers resonate — especially the honest ones — we’re probably a fit.
Our founders have run ABM programs and built pipeline at companies you'd recognize. We're small by design — every engagement gets founder-level attention, not the output of a junior team following a template. We'll walk you through our methodology in full before you commit to anything. If the rigor of our approach doesn't demonstrate the capability, don't hire us.
At most agencies, you sell to a senior leader and get a mid-level account team. At Zoanex, the people who designed the methodology are the people running your program. That means faster iteration, higher-quality thinking applied to your accounts, and no translation loss between strategy and execution.
We deliberately limit concurrent client count to maintain quality. We'll tell you if we're at capacity and when availability opens. We won't take on a new client if we can't give them the attention the program requires.
Both, depending on the engagement. We can operate the outbound infrastructure directly — writing messages, managing sequences, handling technical setup — or we can build the system and train your team to run it. Most engagements start with us running it and transition ownership to your team over time. We'll design the right model for your situation on the strategy call.
Yes. We're tool-agnostic. We don't require you to adopt a proprietary platform. We design the system to work within your existing stack — or recommend additions when there's a genuine gap. We'll never recommend a tool because it benefits us.
We'll audit it first. Many existing TALs are based on intuition or surface-level criteria rather than a systematic ICP model. If the existing list is solid, we use it as the foundation and enhance it. If it has significant gaps, we'll rebuild — and show you exactly why.
Honest answer: ABM is not a lead faucet. Days 1–30: infrastructure, ICP, signal setup. Days 30–60: account engagement signals begin to emerge — meetings, responses, account activity. Days 60–90: pipeline influence begins. Real closed revenue from ABM accounts typically occurs in months 3–9 depending on your sales cycle. We'll set milestone benchmarks before we start so you know exactly what to expect at each stage.
We're early in building our public client portfolio, and we won't show you fabricated or inflated results. What we can show you is our full methodology — documented, detailed, and applied to your actual situation on the strategy call. If the rigor of the approach matters more to you than a logo wall, we're ready for that conversation. If you need a logo wall, we're probably not the right fit yet.
Seven key metrics: account coverage rate (% of TAL contacted), account engagement rate, signal-to-meeting conversion, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, ABM-influenced pipeline, account momentum velocity, and win rate on ABM accounts vs. non-ABM accounts. We'll set baseline and target benchmarks for each before the program launches.
We work on retainer, scoped to the specific program we design together. There are no setup fees, no ad spend minimums, and no hidden costs. We'll tell you exactly what's included — and what's not — before any agreement is signed. Pricing is discussed on the strategy call after we understand your situation.
We typically ask for a 3-month minimum. ABM infrastructure takes time to build, and results require at least one full signal + outreach + feedback cycle to assess properly. We won't lock you into a long contract if the program isn't working — but we also won't accept a 30-day engagement that sets us both up to fail.
Ideally: at least 10 closed-won customers (so we have ICP signal to work with), a CRM with historical deal data, and a named point of contact on your team with authority over GTM decisions. We don't require a specific tech stack, a dedicated marketing team, or a pre-existing ABM budget. We'll assess readiness on the strategy call.
